Please Support the Teach-in for Protection of the Peaks!
ProtectthePeaks.org is dedicated to protecting the San Francisco Peaks from destruction and desecration at the hands of Arizona Snowbowl. On August 18 th, we will be holding a Teach-in at the Native American Cultural Center at NAU to raise awareness in the community of the plight of the San Francisco Peaks. In the past, success of our events has largely been due to the generous contributions of supporters like you who have gone out of their way to lend financial support. The money we raise will help in paying the fees for event venue as well as helping to offset travel expenses for some of the speakers who will be coming from out of town.
Specifically we are trying to raise:
$150 – Venue Fee
$90 – Accommodations
$60 – Travel Expenses for Dine’ Haatali Association Representative
$50 – Advertising
TOTAL: $650.00
